The Owatonna High School wrestlers repeated as Big Nine Conference champions with a 52-15 win at Faribault. Husky varsity teams went 4-0 on Thursday.

Owatonna wrestling beat Faribault 52-15. The Huskies finished their conference schedule at 9-0, winning their second straight conference title and third in the last five years. The Huskies got pins from Peyton Robb, Brenden Buryska, Brandon Moen and Logan Johnson. Jake Woodrich earned a technical fall. Chandler Bauer rallied from behind in the closing seconds of the third period for a win. Jathan Dettmer clinched the dual for the Huskies with a major decision. The Huskies host defending AA state champ Kasson Mantorville Friday night at 7:00 at the OHS gym, and LIVE on AM 1390 KRFO.

Huskies girls basketball whipped Mankato East 72-50 to improve to 11-0 in the Big Nine. Rachel Williamson scored 24 points. The Huskies go to Rochester Mayo Saturday night for a make-up game, on Kat Kountry 104.9 FM.

OHS boys basketball won 68-62 at Mankato East. Four players reached double figures as the Huskies won their third straight. Owatonna goes to the Wisconsin Dells for a Saturday game.

Owatonna boys hockey blanked Winona 8-0. Noah Scheid had a HAT TRICK. Soren Colstrup notched a pair of goals. Ethan Pfieffer got the shut out in net. OHS goes to Austin Saturday night, with coverage on KRFO AM 1390.
