I’ve lived in Faribault my entire life but my wife and I enjoy traveling all around Minnesota as well as the surrounding states. When I’m not at work I’m usually spending time with my grandchildren and my grown children. I enjoy going to watch the Vikings, especially at US Bank Stadium, concerts, taking my wife to various musicals and going out to eat… I really enjoy that, as my bathroom scale can attest. I love music and spend a lot of time on the weekends looking for CDs of big hair bands that I don’t currently have in my collection.

Mike Spends an Afternoon in Mineral Springs Park
My wife and I took our granddaughter to the movie Secret Life of Pets the other day. Afterward, we decided to take her to my favorite childhood park in Owatonna. Of course, I'm talking about Mineral Springs Park.
When I was a kid, this park had the usual slides, swings and roundabouts (merry-go-round) but it also had what we referred to as a curly slide...
Ride Your Cycle for Infants Remembered In Silence
It's been quite a few years since I've owned a motorcycle, but every once in a while I get my hands on a bike for a day or two. The first thing I do is look for a nice long and winding road to take a leisurely ride on. There's nothing like the freedom a finely tuned bike makes me feel as the wind is whipping through what's left of my hair...
