Hi! I grew up in the Twin Cities, but I consider myself to be citified small town country. Radio has taken me to northern Iowa and southern Minnesota. I am married to a great guy and we have 3 cats (or maybe they have us, we're not sure)! I volunteer with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Healthy Seniors and the local food shelf. I also try to give a bit to the Humane Society. Reading, Quilting and Sudoku are a few of my hobbies. Sports are cool too! I enjoy playing golf (the real kind, not video) and listen to or watch most of the rest...especially baseball. Go Twins!

Kitty cats are very helpful. They tell you when to take a break and you haven't even started yet. Roz is our new kitty and is about 4 years old. A lady could not keep her so another lady took her in, but Roz did not get along with her cats. So she tried to find her a home...
Five Bugs Lisa Likes

Earwigs are Not Cool Bugs
Bugs and creepy crawling things can be bothersome. Some people are not fond of spiders or maybe those millepedes or centipedes. Do you have the crawlies yet? It seems when one wood tick is found, it feels like more.
My neighbor is not fond of spiders...
Lisa’s Logic: Bang, Boom and Pretty

Lisa’s Logic: Freeway or Country Roads
There has been a lot of road construction like every summer. This year it has basically forced me and many others to take the freeway more than we would like. There is really nothing wrong with the freeway, but I would prefer the back roads...
