The Straight River Archery and "20" Rifle & Pistol Clubs are having an indoor shoot on Saturday, April 16, from 8AM to 4PM, and Sunday, April 17, from 8AM to 3PM.

The shoot includes 30 Rinehart 3-D and pop-up targets that include bears, deer and moose. All compound and tradition bows are welcome.

Admission for adults is $10, for ages 9 and older is $5. The shoot is free for 8 and younger.

The club's location is 1675 50th St. N.W. in Medford. The GPS coordinates are N44 08.544' W093 14.123'.

The club does offer classes for youth archery in January and February, according to their website.

The buildings have made improvements in the past year and have plans for more according to their newsletter. Improvements include additional gravel to the parking lot, security cameras have been added and the steel roof has been improved.

  • Additional security cameras
  • Shoot areas improvements
  • Be involved in youth education about archery
