The 11 at 7 Concert series begins this Thursday, June 2, when the Trinity Lutheran Church Music Ministry takes center stage in Central Park, Owatonna at 7PM.

In case of inclement weather, the concerts will be moved to the Trinity Lutheran Fellowship Hall. The rest of the lineup for the season goes like this:

  • June 9: Owatonna Community Band
  • June 16: Dave Williams and Friends with popular and jazz standards
  • June 23: Owatonna Community Band
  • June 30: Breakthrough with a special start of 6PM followed by Light45 at 7PM with Contemporary Christian music
  • July 7: Owatonna Community Band
  • July 14: Owatonna Community Band
  • July 21: Mischief and Mayhem featuring pop, classic rock and country
  • July 28 Independent Silver Band of Mount Vernon, Illinois. They're a vintage brass band
  • August 4: Chance Meetings with acoustic folk, blues and bluegrass
  • August 11: Earl @ The Piano with a musical trip down memory lane

Look at the variety being offered this year. A bit of something for everyone. The lineups each year remind me of the Steele County Free Fair as they both have a nice balance of popular staple performers with a mix of new talent taking the stage.
